Probability of drawing a blue marble: 7/40.
The marble is not replaced. So there are 39 remaining.
Probability of drawing a red marble: 15/39 = 5/13

Probability of picking a blue and then a red without replacement =
7/40 * 5/13 = 7/8 * 1/13 = 7/104.
