well on the graph, 0,2 is there. however the equation doesnt make sense. either that or the graph doesnt

The equation makes sense. Remember that anytime you have a number with an exponent of zero, it's 1. \[1^{0}=1\]\[2^{^{0}}=1\]\[a ^{0}=1\] So using the equation given, \[y=2(0.5)^{0}\]\[0.5^{0}=1\]\[2*1=2\]So y = 2 for x=0
