Well, there is 360 degrees in a circle, right?
Divide this by 12 (12 numbers on the clock) to find the angle from one number to the next number. (ex. from 6-5) We get 30 degrees. 
Now subtract this from half of 360(which is 180) to find the answer.
180-30 = 150
