okay fine..!!! bulliform cells dont have chloroplast cells even epidermal cells do not have chloroplast cells but in the earlier days it was thought that epidermal cells have chloroplasts but might be nonfunctional so later it was found that they became completely absent due to evolution this is what i want to tell
