well we had :

\( \color{red}{ \large a = \frac{ p }{ 100 } \times b} \)

i multiplied 100 to the both sides so:

100 x a = p x b

does it become 100/a =p/100

and to find b we should remove b and we can divide both sides by b so:

(100 x a) \ b = p would be answer ;)
