still need help??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea. i watched some videos to try to help but i get something thats not one of my answers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i kniow its not 115.14ft^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I draw the base first, |dw:1405518258445:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by pythagorean, show me OA=??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3.99??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why not 4 ?? but 3.99??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i didnt round.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[OA^2 = OC^2+AC^2 =(2\sqrt3)^2+2^2=12+4 =16\\OA =4\], it's not rounded answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sqrt3 *2 * itself gave me 11.99 2^2 gave me 4 added together then the sqrt i got 3.99

OpenStudy (anonymous):

either way its 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how do i find the rest?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea, song6 does the rest for you:) hihihi, just a little bit hard to read.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i cqant read it -__-

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let the top of the pyramid is H, you link HO, then you can see the right triangle HOA have OA =4 (proof above) and, the slant HA=6(given), you can find HO which is the height of the pyramid, show me your answer for HO

OpenStudy (anonymous):
