In LaTeX, you need to define spaces.
You can use a single backslash followed by a space to induce spaces. So just type a single backslash\ after\ every\ word\ and you'll have text with spaces.

For spacing, you can also insert \hspace{add amount}
Example:
\hspace{10 pt}

You can also add negative space with that.
Example:

You don't have to put a space between the first dash and parenthesis, you just have to put these ` between the whole thing.
