Statue of liberty is 305' (93 m) high, So maybe with a wrapping paper of the size at about 50 feet wide maybe a 400 pounds worth of wrapping paper. idk

Well if you're wrapping it, I assume it's going to be in like a present box, so just get a rectangular prism dimensions for the statue, shouldn't be too hard then ^.^
