it's not equilateral because it's right, so it has a hypotenuse. But unless we know the lengths of the two legs, it could be either isosceles or scalene. Like a 45-45-90 triangle has two equal sides, but a 30-60-90 doesn't. Isosceles has 2 congruent sides and angles and scalene has no congruent anythings.
