It doesn't really matter the numbers we put in, because we're just creating a sequence.
So let's say she practices the piano 5 minutes on Monday. Each day she adds to her practice time by 2 minutes.
So we could write this as:
2n + 5 = y
where n = number of days and
y = total time practiced
You could then put in 7 for n to find the total practice time 7 days later.

2n + 3 = y

I know but I need to put it in sequence notation, like arithmetic sequence notation which would be
