The base parking charge at a mall on a Sunday is $2 per hour. If a vehicle is parked for 4 hours, only $6 is charged. What percentage is saved on the base charge for a vehicle parked for 4 hours?

Wouldn't it be 25%. Because 6/8 is 0.75 and it would take .25 more to get to 1.00 which would be 8. I think it is 25%.
