It is referring to Franklin Roosevelt's first speech as a president where he talks about how he is going to help the nation recover from the Great Depression. I do not understand the question and barely understand the speech. The language is quite complex. Is the question asking about his diction, tone etc or about what he actually said to persuade. i need clarification. Thanks
