HELP!! What is the best way to overcome anger??

When negative feelings arise, we have two choices, To follow the habitual pattern we’ve learned since we were young, to react and allow the negativity to consume us. Or, to interrupt the pattern we have been conditioned to follow, and in doing so build new neural pathways that allows for alternative possibilities. There are essentially three ways to interrupt a behavioral pattern: Visual - Change your thoughts. Verbal – Change your language. Kin esthetic – Change your physical position.

Change your thoughts......umm....well.......i don't think its possible..... :/

use one of those stress balls, or video games that always helps me.

@xxAshxx Let me tell you how you can deal with this.... There are two options. #1. Let people in. Ask for help. Let them calm you down. #2. Lock everyone out. When doing this, you go into a state where you must meditate whatever it is that makes you angry. #1 is the best option, but 2 works also.

Other options that aren't to great: Give up. Go crazy. Not do anything about it.

Well. ..... thanks, but at that point....... I just can't tolerate anyone.... So....#1 doesn't work for me....:/
