There is a user here name Fire_Fighter_Of_Miami who claims he is leaving OS because of me and he has been harassing my friend and I because we didn't want to date him online. How can this be fixed? Reporting him did nothing.

You can block any user whom u think is annoying and whom u don't wanna communicate. He will not be able to send u personal messages. If the user is being abusive or inappropriate in any way u should report him immediately. It is sometimes possible that nothing happens. But usually mods take care of them well.

If he is posting something inappropriate in question posts or chat boxes then reporting is the only way. Report him and ignore. Rest will be taken care by mods.

Also, OpenStudy is not an online dating site, so if he wants to leave, great.  We don't want him here trying to use OS as a dating site so his leaving will make the site better.  His other option, to stay and stop using the site for anything other than the educational stuff, is fine too.  So if he "threatens" to leave, just tell him "GOOD!"

Told him I wasn't interested and he got mad.

You can always set your messages and notifications to, so only people you fan can tag you/ message you, or no one at all.
