This is a summary. It is just telling the basics of her life and her depression disease. If you are ever interested, Gilman actually has an interesting biography, and "The Yellow Wallpaper" is an interesting read about the time she suffered with her post-partum depression. It has a beyond crazy ending. It is actually really good. Just a little extra literature information. Did this help?
