what does this mean Determine whether the vectors u and v are parallel, orthogonal, or neither. u = <6, -2>, v = <2, 6>

For these problems, the first test you should do is a dot product test. If you dot product 2 vectors, and the answer is 0, then the two vectors are orthogonal.
Orthogonal, basically, means the vectors are 90 degrees apart.
