Can you help me with just 2 more questions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Esmeralda is graphing a polynomial function as a parabola. Before she begins graphing it, explain how to find the vertex. Make sure you include how to determine if it will be a maximum or minimum point. Use an example quadratic function to help you explain and provide its graph.

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

yes i will and i am truly sorry i am helping my self and 3 other ppl

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha don't worry about it dude!

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

well the easiest way if you know the roots of zeros is find the midpoint between the zeros... this will be the line of symmetry... x = h then substitute the value into the original equation... and get y = k so the vertex will be (h, k) if you have an equation in the form y=ax2+bx+c the line of symmetry is x=−b2a then substitute it to find y... hope it helps

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

i forgot to say arabolas are symmetric... and the vertex lies on the line of symmetry

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

Sorry to spoil the party guys... @Here_to_Help15 at least say it isnt you work and cite the website... http://prntscr.com/43zbkj

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

No hard feelings... Not to be rude or anything at it... with all due respect...

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

sorry i know it isnt and i am only doing this cuz i am very busy :(

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

k c: just tell the person u copy/pasted that because if they put that answer directly their teachr might accuse them of checting... and u dont want tht

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

*cheating

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Um, that doesn't really answer my question though

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

well just go to that website that i posted and it will have the same question u asked

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):

@camerondoherty with all due respect i ask that u tell me privately instead of publicly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OH DAM, @Here_to_Help15 IS OFF THE RAILS

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

Sorry...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

he TOLD you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

lol

OpenStudy (here_to_help15):
