Triangle PIG was rotated to create triangle P'I'G'. Describe the transformation using details and degrees. Imagine points P and P' were two points on a circle named O that had the origin as its center. Now imagine points I and I' were to also lie on a circle named T with the origin as its center. What type of circles would O and T create? Triangles PIG and P prime, I prime, and G prime are shown. P is at negative 2, 1. I is at negative 3, 3. G is at 1, 1. P prime is at negative 1, negative 2. I prime is at negative 3, negative 3. G prime is at negative 1, 1.

Do you have a picture you could attatch?

thats the link to the picture

@Venny

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was rotated 90 degrees, you can seethat from the graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

counterclockwise right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep! now for the next part

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!... I dont understand the "what type of circles O and T create" part

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Since the circles drawn both have a center at the origin (0,0) that means they are concentric circles. Concentric circles are two circles that have the same center, but do not intersect

ohhhh okay i get it now, thank you sooooo much! :)

No problem :)
