A shortcut with this problem is that the m^3 terms for each answer are different, so all you need to do is solve that part. When multiplying the parts, the only way to get m^3 is to mulitply a m^2 term with a m term. Therefore, you get 7m^2 * -7m + -3m * m^2, which is -49m^3 + -3m^3, which is -52m^3. The only choice that has this is C.

You can expand the polynomial even further by multiplying each term by each term using the F.O.I.L method but with an added value or by using SAT tactics you can verify which answer will be the only correct choice by completing the first steps and viewing the answer choices as ashore0482 has described.
