What is the salt that is produced when ammonia (NH3) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) react together? NCl NH4+ NH4Cl NH2Cl

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was wandering if anybody could show me how to do these

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NH3 +. HCl. = NH4Cl

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so basically in problems like this i need to just basically combine the 2 together?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

As HCl is a strong acid and NH3 is a weak base so we combine them together to make a salt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what if you have to strong bases or 2 weak?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Strong base and acid makes salt and water ,strong base and weak acid makes salt weak base and strong acid makes salt as well

gothca thx
