If each exterior angle or a regular polygon measures 15°, how many sides does the polygon have?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

The sum of exterior angles on a regular polygon add up to 360 deg. So for instance a pentagon (5 sides) has exterior angle 360/5 = 72 deg.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The sum of all exterior angles of a polygon equals 360 degrees. Therefore if a regular polygon has exterior angles of 15 degrees then the number of sides must be 360/15 = 24.

@aballer101 Maybe - given that I had already given her the formula - you might let the OP do SOME of the working out for herself. Giving complete answers is discouraged by the Code of Conduct
