@iGreen @iambatman ????

OpenStudy (igreen):

Part A: They are different because State B has 2 big values(50 and 46).

OpenStudy (igreen):

Part B: Average time = Mean. Find the mean of both of them: State A: 23 State B: 27.67 So State B had a greater average time than State A.
