Definition of isotopes: Anyy of two or more forms of a chemical element, having the same number of protons in the nucleus, or the same atomic number, but having different numbers of neutrons in the nucleus, or different atomic weights.
so it would be isotopes.
Yes. They are all Carbon atoms but they have varying number of neutrons and hence 12C, 13C, 14C.
