Do you have a graphing calculator?
Online one yes.
OK, well The formula for expected value is \[\Large E[x]=\sum_{i=1}^{n}x_iP(x_i)\]
Basically it means you have to add all of the x values by their respective probabilities and add all of the together, so going from the table, it would start off as (0x0)+(1x\[\Large (0\cdot 0)+(1\cdot {1 \over 36})+(2 \cdot {1 \over 18})+...\]

Oh
If you have a graphing calculator (this is assuming you have a Ti-83, 84), put all the x- L1 list p(x)- L2 list Then what you want to do is 1-VarStats and Put L1 as the list and L2 as the FreqList
Okay so you get 12.25?
I'm going to plug it in lol
Ok xD
