Kevin and Conner tracked their exercise last week. Kevin ran 4 laps around the school track, eleven laps around his neighborhood, and 5 miles on the treadmill. Conner ran twenty laps around the school track and 6 miles on the treadmill. Write and simplify an expression for the total combined distance that Kevin and Conner ran. Show your work. Use t for the distance in laps around their school track and n for the distance in laps around Kevin’s neighborhood.

opps sorry some errors.

its cool

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

t for the distance in laps around school truck n for the distance in laps around Kevin’s neighborhood KEVIN: Kevin ran 4 laps around the school track, → `4t` eleven laps around his neighborhood → `11n` , and 5 miles on the treadmill. → `5` `4t+11n+5` CONNER: Conner ran twenty laps around the school track → `20t` and 6 miles on the treadmill → ` 6` `20t+6`

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

You just have to combine both of their distances, (4t+11n+5) + (20t+6) = ANSWER (add like terms and write the simplified answer) let me know if you need more help
