What function do you think dreams serve? @jdoe0001 @tkhunny @Compassionate @Whitemonsterbunny17 @tHe_FiZiCx99

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Ah, \(\normalsize\frak\color{blueviolet}{dreams}\)... Well, some speculate that dreams are what our inner conscience use to give us a message. \(\normalsize\frak\color{blueviolet}{Dreams}\) are mysterious, indeed. Some find them to be an inspiration, some believe that their dreams show them their future. On a psychological level, your dreams can say a lot about you.

I am actually curious myself to see what others will say... @e.mccormick @Compassionate @YanaSidlinskiy

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Well, I would say that this topic is still hotly contested but Just like you said Bunny, It can sometimes can show us our future. But that's not always the case though. We can dream as much as we want and what we want but were not always going to succeed thoughxD. Good question though;)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

Dreams give humans who are weak a fantastical sense of being something they are not and will never be: strong and happy and perfect. Now nightmares are the closest thing the subconscious mind has to reality, as nightmares are very much real and based upon the things we humans fear the most - which differs from person to person - but generally encompasses an ignominious death.
