Please help with finding relative maximums and minimums

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have to find the relative maxima for the function f(x) = -2x^3 - 3x^2 + 11 The critical numbers are at x = 0 and x = -1 (0,11) is a relative max and (-1,10) is a relative min However, I looked at the graph and there should not be any critical numbers. Can someone explain to me where I went wrong?
