OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

\[\sqrt{3^2+4^4} = hypotenuse=5\] cos=adj/hyp sin=opp/hyp the opposite side of angle x is 3 and the adjacent side of angle y is also 3, (the hypotenuse is the same for both) So cos y= sin x Got it?

I sort of understand it. I can see what you are saying but I am also comprehending it. Thank you.
