Does this Spanish make sense? (I'm not worried about how stupid the poem sounds I just need someone to check the grammar, thanks!)

Yo digo mis amigos para salir conmigo…
Nosotros oímos música bonita…
¡Cuando vamos de el concierto!
¿Por qué vamos de el concierto?
Ver los músicos, oír los musicos…
¡Nos gustan mucho los conciertos!
Nosotros tenemos mucho las horas antes el concierto…
Nosotros traemos las chaquetas por la lluvia…
¡…aunque hace bien tiempo!
¡Cuando vamos de el concierto!

Okay in general you can understand the idea but there are some grammar mistakes.
1. Yo digo mis amigos para salir conmigo…
In english it would be like saying " I say my friends for going out with me"
If what you want to say is "I call my friends to hangout with me" I would rather use " Yo llamo a mis amigos para que salgan conmigo..."

2. ¡Cuando vamos de el concierto !
Change it like this "¡Cuando vamos a el concierto !"

3.The same with this one "¿Por qué vamos de el concierto?"
" ¿Por qué vamos a el concierto?"

4. *A ver los músicos, a oír los musicos…

5.Nosotros tenemos mucho las horas antes el concierto…
What do you want to say with this one ?

6.Nosotros traemos las chaquetas por la lluvia…
This one it is almos okay, but it would be better if you change "por la" to "para la "

7.¡…aunque hace bien tiempo!
The same with this one "bien" for " buen"

#5 I honestly didn't have much of an idea of how to say what I wanted to, I was going for "we have plenty of time to get ready for the concert" but I haven't learned enough Spanish in the course I'm currently taking to phrase that and I didn't want to risk Google Translate because most of the time it just spits out nonsense :p

okay so you could change that to:
Nosotros tenemos mucho tiempo antes de el concierto…
or
Nosotros tenemos muchas horas antes de el concierto…

Again, thanks so much ^u^ For the first sentence I have to use the "decir" verb as per my assignment requirements so do you think I could get away with keeping that/possibly wording the sentence a little different while keeping the verb?

¡Cuando vamos de el concierto! ¿Cuándo vamos al concierto? If t is a question you need the accent.
¿Por qué vamos de el concierto? ¿Por qué vamos al concierto? You use al not a el in this case, because is not a person it is an object el concierto, then you say al concierto.
Ver los músicos, oír los musicos…Ver y oír a los músicos is a better sentence.
