Are you asking me to tell you a story about a time I had to pay for something in installments?  Like a car?

Well then.

Currently, I am enrolled in two college classes.  During registration I had two options for payment.  I could pay up front, or I could pay about 200 dollars every other week until the amount is paid in full.  I chose the installments because this way, I can budget my money so that not all of it is going to bills and school.  As long as the user is responsible, I think payment plans are a great idea
