I called to IRS, first this auto reply instructs me what to click, finally after typing my social security I get to wait before someone is going to talk to me and the music is playing.

Every time I said anything into the phone or if anyone in my house was to scream loud enough, the music stopped playing, and then kept going when everyone was (relevantly) quiet.

Is it supposed to be like this ?
