thanks!

OpenStudy (zairahernandez):

its a

its b

male and female gametes r haploid (formed by mieosis) they both have half number of chromosomes as compared to other cells when fertilization wil occur zygote formed wil have a completes set of chromosome half from female half from male ... e.g human beings hav total 46 chromosome but egg (female gamete) and sperm (male gamete) each hav 23 chromosome , they become haploid by meiosis...! wen sperm fertilizes egg ..the zygote then formed have comlplete 46 chromosomes... henc new organism formed wil hv complete set of chromosomes!and this is the real purpose of meiosio to maintian the same number of chromoses in all indiviual of a specie.. thts y al human beings hav 46 chromosome,al monkeys 42,al gorillas 24 and al frogs 26 and so on..

OpenStudy (djedwin):

Its not A , I answered that , and got it wrong :<

OpenStudy (djedwin):

Its B Haploid cells join to form an organism that has a complete set of chromosomes.
