there are like a million possible physical activities you could do.
but the main 7 benefits are that it obviously controls weight, combats health conditions and diseases, makes you happier, gives you an 'energy boost', helps you sleep wayyyyyyyy better, is fun and lastly, can improve your sex life (thats a scientific fact - so i dont want any moderators going mental at me for saying it).
