It appears to be 18 because there are 10 people who ordered it with pickles, plus 8 more who ordered it with pickles and cheese. It would be easier to tell if I had a diagram. I am not sure I understand the "15 on the outside of both circles" part, but 18 sounds right.
18 is the correct answer because here the overlapping circle means who ordered both the cheese and pickles burger so it is 8 and the 10 people order the burgers with pickles so its union is 18 ... i think u got it
