Yes , if the person has a disease in there private area it is highly possible you can receive that disease because there fluids that contain the disease are going inside your mouth and eventually you will or the other person will get the disease so its bests not to do that, thats very disgusting ,for a person to allow someone to perform oral sex ,while they have a disease.

@ZairaHernandez You're better off telling your sister to make an appointment with your GP and getting it checked out. I strongly advise you to do so- please seek expert professional advice. It could be a normal cold sore, or it could be a herpes infection; better to be on the safe side :)
