It's important not to overuse names in dialogue because it sounds unatural and uncommon. You should avoid overabusing names in order to make the dialogue realistic. For ex: "Hey Mary what does Jack and Katelyn do today? I think I need to ask Jack and Katelyn to help me because Jack and Katelyn know how to fix my computer. Jack and Katelyn are like the gods of technology, man. "
