The paragraph includes a topic sentence, supporting details, commentaries, and lastly, a concluding sentence. Seems like B and D would be a good choice. The rest are quite too short or loose to be considered paragraph. Since they're asking for the BEST answer, B would be a better choice than C because of their diction/word choice and coherency.
