The characteristics you would get from someone with high self-esteem would be if that person ignored (a) noticeable irregularity(ies) (horrible acne, missing limbs, face disfiguration, personality disorders, etc.) about themselves and were openly social and see themselves on the same level as those who are considered normal in today's society and anyone they came in contact with. But some people do not even have to ignore these problems. Some people have nothing wrong with them according to today's society or they don't even notice a deficiency in themselves which leads them to be outgoing or social with anyone around them.
