Does this sound right??? Fan&Medal :)) Determine if triangle RST with coordinates R (2, 3), S (4, 4), and T (5, 0) is a right triangle. Use evidence to support your claim. If it is not a right triangle, what changes can be made to make it a right triangle? Be specific.

OpenStudy (hanner_b_nanner):

Triangle RST is not a right triangle. After finding the slope of each point, I found that they were all different. I used the formula m=(x2-x1)/(y2-y1. It is not perpendicular either, because in order for it to be, the sides multiplied together would have to equal -1. For it to be a right triangle, it would have to have all equal slopes, and the right angle that is perpendicular.
