Because 225 ordered neither, therefore we can safely say that 855 is the max for the turkey and ham. Now 1000-225 = 775 (turkey, ham, or both). This means that there were 855 customers with either or both but 775 with either but NOT both. THerefore there were 855-775 customers who ordered both.
Therefore, there where 80 customers who ordered both.
