I need HELP...Fan&Medal!! Pappy's Pond is located close to an elementary school. The city plans to fence it in to keep small children from accessing the water. What is the perimeter of a triangular-shaped fence the city can place around the pond, using integer coordinates (no decimals) on the grid? You must show all work to receive credit.

OpenStudy (hanner_b_nanner):

I chose three points, A (1,0), B(1,7), and C(0,12). You can take a scale and then see if any of the segments made from these points intersect the pond or not. By using the distance formula with the points, you get a perimeter of 362.
