Which equation describes a line that is NOT parallel to the lines described by the other three equations? i. 9x+4y=3 II. -27X-12Y=-5 III. -6Y=13.5 IV. Y+3=9/4(X-5)

The third one doesn't have an x, meaning the slope is 0 making it a horizontal line. The first and second equations aren't horizontal and both have a slope of 9/4. you can see that if you solve for y. That means the third one is not parallel to the others
