ooo this i can help one sec
OpenStudy (precal):
are you taking Algebra I?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
No im taking Alg 2
OpenStudy (precal):
Ok in Algebra 1 you should have been taught to solve linear equations and quadratic equations. Linear Equations are of the form x+3=5
where x is to the first power and you are looking for one solution
and quadratic equations (like this one that you are trying to solve)
it is to the second power x^2
and therefore you could have a maximum of 2 solutions

did you not study quadratics?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
x = −4, x = 6
i think

well @GordonFreeman Openstudy is a forum for tutoring or studying. We try not to give answers to questions. We help people study math. Math gets harder as you study Precal and Calculus if you can not solve a simple algebra equation.
