An amendment is usually proposed with 2/3 vote in the house of representatives. Then it needs to be ratified by 3/4 of the US states.

You're welcome! But also note that an amendment can also be proposed by calling a constitutional convention.. but, that's never ever been done.

Yes, and the congress (mostly republicans at the time of Obama's election and now) did a huge mistakes mistake by approving his future actions thinking that Romney will get elected, but Obama won the election-:(

We all know the consequences of electing Obama, they are coming true (God forbid !!!)
