Yup, I think they made it for only the popular subjects, I doubt anyone would even get 3000 medals in subjects like spanish...

The mods can't fix that :P
They only asked us if we liked the titles they had in mind before the release. They'll probably edit the system in a while, adding more titles and place the levels according to group activity.
