when two compounds chemically react with reach other and form a solution it forms a colorless, transparent, uniform solution called homogeneous mixture. You can't physically separate two chemically reacted compunds with bare hands, although it can be done in some heterogeneous mixtures. I think it's C cuz the only way you can separate them is by a chemical reaction.
