There are two constraints to this system.
The half-plane that satisfies each constraint (represented by a line) is shaded.
In order to satisfy BOTH constraints, the feasible region must be shaded twice.  Points anywhere else will not satisfy at least one constraint, hence are not solutions to the system.
Only points in the feasible region are solutions to the system.
