not sure what "explain your results" means,
but you could say the weekly revenue as a function of price charged is a parabola that peaks at p= 15.50, and that prices above or below this point will yield a lower revenue.

I gave you my best guess... they want you to point out that the function is a parabola with a maximum point ... which explains why the values you found in part a go up , then start going down again.
