Give me an example!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[f(b)-f(a) \over b-a\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

make sure you work it out so I can understand better!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@radar I really need your help you always seem to be able to explain things better haha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First you have to evaluate the function using f(b) - f(a)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well here is my specific problem I am working on if that helps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[f(b)-f(a) \over b-a \] I have for b 1,518.75 and for a 450 how would I work this out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a = sin(3x0) = 0 b = sin(3x(pi/6)) = sin(3pi/6) = 1 f(b) - f(a) = 1 - 0 = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay that makes sence I get it now thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure beutiful;)
