Since one inequality is y </= 5x + 1 that part alone means that yopu want all the srea below and on the line, and the only other limiting fact is that you want everything to the left of the y-axis i..e. we need x </= 0, and since the y-axis is not a dotted line we do not want x < 0, but definitely x </= 0 Source(s): Retired Maths Teacher.com
